Special Congregational Meeting

Saturday December 4 at 9:15 am
The church council has called a Special Congregational Meeting on Sunday December 4 at 9:15 am, between services. The purpose of this meeting is to elect a Call Committee for a new pastor. Our constitution requires that the Call Committee should be composed of six voting members and two alternates elected by the members of the congregation.
Application forms to volunteer for or nominate someone to serve on the Call Committee were distributed during worship in September and are still available at the Welcome Table.  We would like all forms to be turned in by Sunday November 27 so that a ballot can be created. Of course, nominations can be made at the meeting.
If you have any questions about what is involved with being on the Call Committee please ask Bruce Friedman, Congregation President, or Pastor Debbie Kelly.
